Here are some tips:

Paper Bag or Tea Towel

Store the bread in a paper bag or a tea towel at room temperature for a day or two.

Freezing

If you won't consume the bread within a few days, consider slicing it, wrapping tightly in plastic and freezing it. Thaw at room temperature or toast when ready to eat.

Reviving

If your sourdough bread has gone stale, you can revive it by sprinkling it lightly with water and then reheating it in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
